"Great apartment in Beniscasim. Communication was very helpful.
Unfortunately the property association needs to keep up and maintain the spa, and "gym equipment ", not even the tv worked in there. Sauna probably worked , but did not leave it on long enough to find out, because a large amount of rust/corrosion on the control panel...seemed dangerous.

"Unfortunately we had not seen recent reviews otherwise we would not have stayed there. The receptionist was friendly. The reception area did not leave a good impression. The room was adequate and was clean. The bathroom was clean but very shabby chipped basin and the shower was hot but nowhere to hook it so had to hold it while you showered. We were only booked in for one night. The beach is lovely but much further away than the impression was given. The area is lively with lots of restaurants but not rowdy."
