Clean and comfortable hotel, pool area slightly unkept and muddy in part, which made the water especially in kiddie pool dirty. Noisy breakfast, but everything was good. Walking distance to the beach.

Stayed here for Benicassim festival and I would really recommend this hotel. Was very clean, staff were always cleaning the rooms. The breakfast in the morning had a huge amount of choice for everyone. The air-con in the room was not very powerful, but was ok and we went by the pool during the day when it was very warm. We did have an issue with the lock on the door and this was fixed instantly when we asked. Staff were really helpful apart from one staff member who was rude when I asked if he could translate a couple of words when I was trying to book a taxi through a Spanish app, as none of the phone numbers worked.

Pet tolerant rather than pet friendly!

As the title suggests you can bring your pet (and pay for the privilege) as long as it only stays in the room. You cannot take your pet to any outdoor space within the complex so cannot have a drink or dine outside with your pet. Disappointing. Another issue is the lifts. We waited 30 minutes after check in to get a lift to the room. Only 2 of the 3 lifts were in operation. When a lift did arrive, twice, it was occupied by staff who refused to allow guests to enter. Unbelievable.

It is the end of April but already quite warm. Apparently the hotel doesn’t offer air conditioning until the summer. That makes it difficult to sleep in a very hot room. I opened the balcony door to let in colder air. Unfortunately either the hotel or someone nearby thinks it is appropriate to do construction until 1am. The big beautiful swimming pool is also not open until summer apparently. Would have been nice to know. Breakfast was good but since it was included and there are a lot of guests it is beyond chaotic. This hotel could be quite good but would not recommend during the spring.

Haben Pool nicht benutzt sieht aber toll aus. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit grosser Terasse. Der Speisesaal ist schlecht schallgedämpft.Die Anodnung der Speisen beim Nachtessen wie auch beimFrühstück ist sehr unlogisch. Hier fehlt ein Engriff des Chefs. Gemüse und anderes in sig. Wärmebehälter scheiben nicht zu funktionieren. Das Essen war kalt. dirse grossen Mängel sollten einem guten Hotelmanager bewusst sein.

Besonders beeindruckend war das Buffet. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ich möchte direkt noch mal hin. Kleiner Tipp, um sich einzuchecken muss man anstehen. Das kann locker über eine Stunde dauern. Nicht vor 16 Uhr anstellen, sonst muss man noch mal warten

Ruim para o preço

Estavamos em 3 famílias, em uma habitação o ar condicionado fazia um barulho em que era impossível dormir, solicitamos e nos trocaram de quarto, neste, o ar condicionado não refrigerava a contento. Nos outros 2 quartos, o ar tambem não refrigerava adequadamente e em um fazia bastante ruído apesar de não tão alto quanto o outro. Os quartos não tem telefone, assim que para entrar em contato com a recepção é necessário descer. Um quarto cheirava muito a mofo. A limpeza no geral era ruim. Roupas de cama e colchões de ok para ruim. O estacionamento e localização são os pontos positivos. O buffet tem preços razoaveis mas a comida não é saborosa nem há muita variedade. Em geral, uma experiência fraca para o custo.

Hotel bien situado con respecto a la playa, se puede ir caminando en apenas 10 minutos, pero con muchos aspectos mejorables más aún cuando estamos hablando de un 4 estrellas: - Las habitaciones están bastante descuidadas en cuanto a mantenimiento se refiere: desconchones en la pared, marcos y pomos destrozados, humedades en las paredes, puertas de armarios que se caen, olor a humedad en la habitación, mobiliario muy desgastado. - Los baños tienen un leve lavado de cara pero hecho de forma muy poco cuidadosa, y peor mantenida. - Los lavabos (de varias habitaciones) no tragan, y a pesar de haberlo comentado tanto a las chicas de la limpieza como en recepción, siguieron en tal estado. - La piscina está a falta de una buena limpieza, ya que en las paredes en la linea de flotacion había bastante suciedad acumulada. - Las habitaciones que dan a la parte de atrás del hotel tienen sufren un desagradable olor a cocina continuo y ruidos de motores y compresores. - No tienen habitación de cortesía, ni vestuarios, cosa que es bastante relevante hoy en día y más tratándose de un hotel de playa de 4 estrellas. - El buffet bastante normalito, y muy poco adaptado a las personas con alergias o intolerancias. - El gimnasio y Spa no está incluido en el hotel, ya que se trata de una empresa externa la que lo gestiona. El hecho de incluir fotografías puede dar lugar a confusión y a pensar que si están incluidos esos servicios. Lo único bueno a destacar, además de la ubicación es la nevera
