"Property needs urgent upgrades. Rooms are old and the AC barely works. Cleanliness is also poor. Staff is young and inexperienced. Location is great (close to ciutadella) and the sunset from the sunset bar is beautiful. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"It was a great stay. The apartment was huge for the price paid and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of fresh options and live kitchen. The staff was lovely, and very pleasant and kind. Lots of parking on site and in a parking lot at the next street. Menorca has mostly free parking so no worries if renting a car."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Playa Santandria - Adults Only, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and genuine—the staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. Breakfast each morning was absolutely fantastic, offering far more than we could have asked for. The whole place had a wonderfully laid-back and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. A special mention has to go to the manager, who went out of their way to help us with bus schedules and taxi bookings—nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was immaculately clean throughout, which made our stay all the more comfortable. The location is simply stunning—right on the beach with two more beautiful coves just a short walk away. There were some great eateries nearby, including the fantastic restaurant located just under the hotel. It was also super convenient to have a shop and bus stops close by. This was my first time visiting Menorca, and after such an incredible experience, I genuinely can’t wait to go back!"

"Hotel and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Property itself was very peaceful for the most part and not crowded. The apartment was big enough for 2 people. The only downside is the cleaners started at 8:30am each morning so you could hear a huge amount of noise from early hours, even with noise cancelling headphones! Constant furniture moving, slamming doors and dragging carts around. They came in and woke us us up for the last two mornings. On the final morning, check out was 11am but the cleaners came in at 8:30am so I asked them to come back later after check out. They then came again at 9:10am and told them again to please come back after check out. I’m not sure why they don’t come later in the morning after people have gotten ready, had breakfast and gone out for the day, around 10am maybe, especially considering we were self-catering. Overall though the experience was nice, a great selection of drinks at the bar and a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere other than the disturbed sleep. The phone in the room also did not work at they got my name wrong so I couldn’t log into the wifi but minor issues. "

"Lovely pools. Cold in 2nd half of September though. Wear insect repellent as midges aren't obvious and bite! Minimart both expensive and understocked. Nearest excellent supermarket is Diskont, 15 mins walk away but well worth it to stock up and make your own breakfasts as breakfasts in resort are expensive at 12€ pp. There is also a nice café outside this supermarket. Table tennis disappointing as borrowers of bats and balls didn't return to Reception after use so we couldn't play! Food not served from pool bar in evening after 3pm, which caught us out but there are a couple of beach bars on adjacent beach. The buffet restaurant we used once but set price doesn’t include any drinks. It was okay but appreciated the good bus service which is more frequent on weekdays than weekends, so plan around that if you don't have a car, which we didn't. No kettle so glad I brought my drinks heater. "
