"Kind of an awkward intro because you HAVE to call the reception listed on the sign to get into the hotel (I'm not stupid, it's not obvious that you have to do that). But once you do that, you are in. Once you get to the room, it's awesome. "Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa.
El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno.
La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido.
Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking.

"We loved this hotel! It was spotless, big comfortable bed, we had everything we needed. Lots of nice details considered, such as light up vanity mirrors and a coffee machine in the room.
Great location too in the beautiful old town!

"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. "I had a phenomenal 4 night stay at Set Blaus Boutique Hotel. The location in the heart of Ciutadella is perfect. Numerous restaurants, cafes, shopping, the beautiful port are all within walking distance. The room was equipped with a fridge and a safe. Cleanliness was superb. The staff were helpful and friendly. Tessa was truly a blessing during my stay. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding a rental car company that had automatic cars available and assisted also with a parking ticket i received. I highly recommend this hotel amd would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great stay at The Seranova. The location is perfect, the breakfast was superb and the rooms spotless. The staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble & their recommendations were very good.

"We received a warm welcome with a complimentary drink on arrival. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and featured a private balcony.The food was consistently delicious, with a variety of slow-roasted meat casseroles, paella, and fresh fish dishes that showcased rich, hearty flavours. Vegetable sides were tasty, but they often came in oily sauces; I personally would have appreciated a few simpler options like steamed green beans to balance the richness. Overall, a delightful experience with just a small note on the veg!"
