"The house was lovely. Very comfortable beds, great outdoor spaces, well equipped kitchen. The only thing that was not great was the check-in process. The cleaning lady put the keys into the wrong lockbox and we couldn't get in. We texted and called the contact number, but it took the manager 1.5 hours to get back to us. Such a slow response on the day of the check-in was very disappointing. We also had no luck when asking about TV remotes. They didn't work and we asked if there might be spare batteries in the house in case that was the problem. The manager said there were no extra batteries and she wasn't planning to stop by to fix it. Otherwise, great stay."

"We loved our stay at this hotel so much that we came back a second time! The property is very well-managed. All employees are nice, polite, smiling, and genuinely care about guest experiences! From the bell boy, to reception, and housekeeping, they all do their job in an excellent way! We saw MANY returning guests, which speaks volumes about how great this place is! The rooms are spacious and clean with great views, the breakfast has so many options to choose from and all fresh and tasty! The beaches, pool, tennis court, ping pong tables, volleyball court, all great facilities! Very family friendly, quiet, clean, and comfortable! We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place! Won’t disappoint!"
