Welcome to our coastal townhouse nestled in the heart of 'Old Torquay', just a short walk away from Torquay's beautiful beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants that make this town so special.

This trendy and cozy retreat boasts three spacious bedrooms upstairs, each furnished with comfortable queen-size beds and generous storage space. The main bedroom has access to a balcony offering views of Torquay and an egg swing chair for you to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon wine. Upstairs, you'll also find a shared bathroom complete with a bath, shower and toilet.

Downstairs the open plan dining and kitchen area is light-filled and inviting. Inside the kitchen you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. This includes modern appliances including a fridge, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, microwave and more. Enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar or take a seat in the dining area with ample seating for all guests.

The living room is also downstairs offering a great space to sit back and relax with a good book or watch a movie on the flat screen TV. The nice wooden floors add warmth and character to the space, creating an inviting atmosphere for all guests. For added comfort there's a laundry and additional toilet/shower downstairs.

Good location, dog friendly and clean

The townhouse had everything we needed. Good secure yard for the dog, walking distance to beach and some restaurants. Fire pit in the back yard was a nice surprise.

Home away from home

Lovely property, closely situated to the beach, clean with up to date technology. Spacious and open. Neighbourhood okay, neighbour walked into the property with no notice whilst we were present at the to fix a fence. Lucky our dog was friendly. Neighbourhood was quiet and safe otherwise.

Relaxed contemporary townhouse.

Very comfortable townhouse perfect for our stay in Torquay. Nicely furnished with good quality appliances and bedding- relaxed contemporary vibe. Big screen for movie nights in. Communication was easy and always prompt. Quiet neighbours. Less that 5 min drive to supermarkets and main swimming beaches. Highly recommended. Will come again.
