This one bedroom, ground floor apartment is located in the East Wing. Lovely sea views can be enjoyed from inside and out thanks to the bi-fold doors that open out to your sea facing patio area.

Benefitting from an open-plan layout, this 4 Star Gold holiday apartment is stylishly furnished with a large sofa and armchair with vibrant pops of colour to complement the wood floors and gloss kitchen. The sleek and modern open-plan kitchen with an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere and full range of utensils. There is also a Smart TV and DVD player to enjoy when you are not gazing out to sea!

The bedroom features a Super King bed with french doors offering countryside views and access to the car park at the rear. The modern bathroom comprises a large walk-in shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and a mirror. Conveniently located near to reception where it is a short level walk to the apartment.

The location is truly exceptional. Located moments away from the beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the South Cornwall Coast.
