Would’ve given a 5 star review but there was no access to water besides 2 small water bottles provided. Wifi for guests was also a paid benefit for $4.95 / day. Not entirely sure if that’s the case for other hotels but it was surprising to see. Overall good, but not amazing.

Fairmont Royal York
The telephone in the room did not work and I could not call the front desk or any other service. I discovered the problem the morning that I checked out, so it was too late to do anything for me. Also it took a very long time to get hot water in the shower and bathroom sink. It was repaired quickly ...
