The telephone in the room did not work and I could not call the front desk or any other service. I discovered the problem the morning that I checked out, so it was too late to do anything for me. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Downtown
Would’ve given a 5 star review but there was no access to water besides 2 small water bottles provided. Wifi for guests was also a paid benefit for $4.95 / day. Not entirely sure if that’s the case for other hotels but it was surprising to see. Overall good, but not amazing.
