One King West Hotel & Residence
The room was wonderful. The lounge was great. The fitness centre was really good. Only the hot tub we did not enjoy. There were so many chemicals in it that it burned our eyes and we couldn’t stay in it.

Staff were very helpful, held my bag(s) as early check-in was not available. Room key entry into the building after 10pm was a great security feature. Always a great stay and will book again.
