This property is a 15 minute walk to the Eaton Center, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and Tim Hortons across the street. There is a washer/dryer and full kitchen. Very clean. All of my texts were promptly answered and staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Property was very well located, and staff was helpful. The only reason it didn’t get a five star review is that they were missing some basic things. For example, there are absolutely no hooks anywhere, not in the bathroom, not in the bedrooms, so makes it very difficult to hang clothing and towels. It would also be nice to have a second mirror in the apartment considering it can host up to six people. Thank you.

The check-in and check-out process was very efficient, and the staff were responsive, answering phone calls and messages within minutes, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. The room was not very clean (see attached photos), and the hallway leading to the room appeared to be in poor condition and falling apart in places. The biggest issue was the lack of functioning air conditioning. The room stayed around 80°F, and although I contacted staff to have it fixed, the problem was never resolved during my stay.

The unit was very clean, walking distance to a lot of places to do in Toronto. What’s terrible R; I booked for three bedrooms in two full baths, when I went to the unit, it was only two bedroom and 2full bath. I called the unit staff and they told me that someone will get back to me. I waited the entire night. Nobody called and it’s now three days still has not heard from them..Getting someone by phone is not that easy a lot of times it keeps on ringing. There was no explanation of what happened, still waiting for the result of my complaint from Expedia as well .. will not recommend booking up this unit, it’s not a typical set up where there’s a front desk person that you can talk to or ask questions.

Check in was ok - someone met us to deliver the fob and key to the room. Cleanliness was average. The dryer was stuffed full of (presumably clean and dry)towels and bedding. The room was very hot so we turned on the air conditioning. By the time we went to bed it was apparent the ac was not working as it was 80 degrees Fahrenheit. The next morning we contacted the staff. They did send a tech who worked on the in suite ac/heating unit for a few hours. We left while he was still working. When we returned the ac still wasn’t functioning. A small tower fan was left in the suite. Nothing was heard from the support staff and further messages went unanswered. The shower curtain in the bathroom was also installed so high and was so short that it was impossible to shower without getting water on the bathroom floor. To be fair, I left a jacket with my vehicle keys in the suite and the support staff was helpful in arranging to return it to me (for a $100 handling fee and the courier charges) Overall, a very disappointing experience for the advertised service and the price. I would not recommend this company (which incidentally seems to operate under several different names) to anyone.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the kitchen! The location was great and the price was so reasonable! I had two people asking about this rental for their future trips. I would definitely stay here again!
