Oh where do I start with this place... We had to ASK for 1) washcloths, 2) garbage container, 3) tv remote... as these items were not already in the room upon arrival. The fridge was left unplugged (at least we had an actual fridge).
There was no coffee maker or hair dryer or any basic items that you would find at a normal facility.
We've stayed in a variety of hotels/motels/inns, and this is a basic as it gets. So overall if you are just looking for somewhere to crash for a night in downtown Toronto, and you just want the bare-bones, then this is what you will get.
