This place is new for us and so far it’s a great option! Rooms are extremely clean with updated washrooms and close to the street car and downtown. Great concierge service and a free continental breakfast! Also has nice price point - so overall great value.

Staff was very nice and the hotel was renovated and clean - the complimentary bagged breakfast was a nice touch - Be mindful of the area around the hotel - this part of the city can be a bit rough and unsettling by way of the drug addicts/homelessness and all that comes with that vibe.

The property was a complete fraud. This place was not a hotel and more of a hostel that was unclean, unsafe, a complete misrepresentation, and dirty as can be. We have photos of how dirty and disgusting it was. We could not even stay, we felt so unsafe we left right away.

I had my doubts about the place because of the area that it’s located. The outside of the building doesn’t look very appealing. But it seems to be cozy inside and it’s surprisingly quite clean inside. The staff are friendly. If you’re into staying in a Toronto heritage hotel this is the place.

The room was not clean, neither was it hospitable due to perles walls, broken floor tiles, and old appliances. I will not venture back to the hotel and I request a reimbursement from Expedia given the false advertisement.

Our stay was great. The employees were very kind, our room was clean and comfortable although we were in town for a concert and weren’t spending much time in the room. The staff was very accommodating when we wanted to check out early but needed to keep our car parked in site.

We stayed for one night here and it was pretty good! The room was clean, the front desk staff is really kind and friendly. They give you a grab & go breakfast bag in the morning which we thought was good and thoughtful. For parking, we ended up going to the underground parking where Freshco is. It was a 5 min walk and there’s also a bus stop right in front of the hotel which was convenient. It was honestly such a good price compared to the other hotels around - very affordable. Would stay again :)
