1st- to find the place drive into the 1st roundabout, turn left, follow the road until you see a pull in on the right, turn here, you'll see the 1410 above the main door. A functional bordering basic large clean room well equipped with two rooms with two double beds. BUT No tv service at all, youll need a phone or firestick to plug into the hdmi socket at the backbof the tv. A sports bar, tim hortons , burger king and shop opposite just 5 minute walk away., A relatively cheap and cheerful place.

The room was clean and spacious with a generous kitchen area. Towels were always replenished. During my stay, the residence had its standard bi-annual bedbug check. Guest were asked to strip the linens off a perfectly-made-up bed, which I did. I did expect that my bed would be made when I got back that evening, but the linens were left up top of the bed.

The check in was very good,the workers are very friendly. The property was very clean and quiet. I preferer every family who has small kids to go there. There are two beed rooms and i like it.

When we saw Residence we assumed something like the Marriott Residence Inns. It is actually a dormitory for Sheridan College. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Lighting in the bedrooms was not great, i.e. no desk lamp. Shower was a fiberglas module- was not set in mortar, therefore, felt spongy and made me dizzy. Wouldn't stay there again. Probably Hotels.com should make sure that potential clients realize it is a college dormitory.

Also, our price point should also let the guest know we are not a hotel. I apologize that you thought you were going to a full service hotel but hope you enjoyed your stay with us. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. My father experienced heat stroke so they reassigned our room with reduced walking distance. They are quick to resolve issues that came up such as plumbing, electrical or heating/cooling. Location is excellent in term of necessities; superstore, walmart and food options within 5 minutes of driving. Airport is 20 min drive (30 minutes in traffic). Good alternative to expensive hotels. Equivalent to a 3 star hotel which is great!

The staff here is amazing. The prices are great, especially for long-term stays. The beds aren't the most comfortable, but you can't ask for better quality for the price.

I would preferfeel more like If someone was trying to please us or taking care of us. Everything was just ok but I was missing wonderful. First day was very good, second day my bes was not well done, we didin't have new soap or more shampoing, nothing. My feeling was the service was the minimum. I know you're not the Sheraton but you can doit better. The satff was very frendly and helpfull, if everything was like that I would give at least a happy face.

It’s student residence. Set expectations based on that... Cleaning crew are students, hardly get a decent cleaning, but one student seemed to always do a good job (don’t get him every day, unfortunately).
