The location was fantastic! The property was clean and a good value. The building itself was a little difficult to navigate with multiple entrances and finding the free parking spot was a challenge. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Check in was a hassle and I was left waiting outside for an hour and a half past the check in time, with poor communication. They only provided one proper bath towel for the 3 day stay for two people. location was good. Overall it was ok for the price but they could definitely improve in a few areas.

Very conveniently located, walking distance to everything. Great amenities inside and included parking. Only recommendations, fix blinds in bedroom for privacy and more towels needed in the suite (kitchen and bathroom washcloths)

Getting into the unit was confusing, but the apartment itself was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The underground was nice and secure. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent enough place. May not be suitable for elderly folks as the couch is low (and stained) and hard to get on/off. Beds are low and soft which could be a good thing or not depending on your taste. There were no hand towels for the bathrooms or wash cloths. Very sparsely appointed. We drank our wine out of coffee mugs. The video of how to find the parking space helped make that easier. Wanted to do a load of laundry but the detergent was empty. Fine for the lower price point we paid and a nice area of Toronto close to the water and within a ten minute walk of major attractions.

First night, we didnt have enough blankets for the 3 beds and no facecloths. The next day they brought us some sheets but no facecloths. They should of had spare blankets at the hotel for these situations. Otherwise, some stained couches and curtains but everything else was clean and good location. Close to the ball game, the aquarium and the water.

Clean, nice pad for business / pleasure trip. Free Parking on site is a huge plus with in/out. Little difficult to communicate if something goes wrong and you need an answer right away, but check in was easy over the phone and email instructions were simple. Only downside is the key system is an actual key and not a card / code, so don’t lose the key or you’re screwed.

Great location to explore Toronto. Super comfy beds for a fab nights sleep but could maybe do with some new blinds to stop the morning sunshine coming in. Would recommend and definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Don't expect attentive service; comms are brief and scripted. The place was dirty (no detailed cleaning), and the beds were filthy. However, there is a washer, dishwasher, and cleaning tools, so you can spend time cleaning it up yourself. The location is very good. The area seems safe and within walking distance (walkway) to the CN Tower, Aquarium, and Arena. There is a Tim Hortons across the street from the main entrance.

The place was perfect for 5 people! It was within walking distance to the Roger Center and all the tourist attractions in Toronto. Everything was nice and clean and communication with the host was great!

The view was great! Close to shop and liquor store. it is a nice appartment but needs to be little bit updated. The vertical blinds are all broken... tbere was water damage in the bathroom.No tv, you need to use the wifi and connect trought your phone or tablet. it was not a bad experience but i have seen better!

Lovely space for a one night stay. Quiet building. The only downside was the flooring in the main area. Gaps in the floor boards and pieces missing. I got a sliver in my foot and my partner snagged their sock and put a hole in it. Would definitely stay again but would bring slippers.

Poor communication on accessing our rental. Hard to understand. No response on wiifii problems and lack of cables for the rocu. Blinds smashed and missing. Room clean and spacious. Close to everything we wanted. Leaving was well explained and easy. Will judge how quickly the deposit returns.

Nice room, the alarm for the room beeped the entire time we were there. Also, the floors are awful. A trip and safety hazard. That is something that should be fixed asap. For the price you pay thar should not be how the floor looks. The room itself it nice, spacious and has a nice balcony. The check in process stressed me out as the instructions when booking are not correct and I didn’t receive any emails leading up so I had to call a couple of times, I’m from the states so I needed someone else to call for me, so communication could be better. Besides that the rom was nice.

Do not stay here. Be careful of this place. My son and i were staying in Toronto for a fun Mum & son weekend. I was speaking with the staff at BaySuites before we arrived (to get door code, etc). They were so kind and gave me early access. Wonderful! Thanks...but when we got to the "hotel", we couldn't get in with the code. Someone opened the door and let us in. So, we tried to get the elevator to work. No such luck, if you haven't been buzzed in by BaySuites. So, on the phone I get...my son and I spent the next hour and fifteen minutes trying the code, trying the elevator WITH BaySuites on the phone...and to add, my son and I were both wet and cold because of the rain. As well, during this time I spoke with the security guard and he said to tell the person on the phone that they DON'T ALLOW Air BNB type companies in the building but the BaySuites person insisted on continuing to try to get up to the "hotel room". After that one hr and fifteen min debacle, we were sent to another building close by. We tried our code and got in. Thankfully!! But we missed meeting up with family that had a small window of time in Toronto. We got to the room and it looked clean and bright! I was impressed but then my son sat on the couch, I was looking around until he asked, "Why is there a wrinkly sheet on the couch?" I pulled up the sheet and revealed disgusting stains! Everywhere. Gross. I tried communicating w/BaySuites for compensation but they are talking to me anymore.

The communication to access the property was not sent timely. I had to call 3 times requesting it. Finally shared after calling after checkin time passed. Also, standard checkin at 5 pm is late. Can pay extra to checkin early. Locating the parking spot was challenging, signs in the parking area were very unclear!! Nice that parking was included. Space was nice. Thermostat seemed to override/reset. It was too hot! use of fob was unclear for parking & elevators it is required. I won’t stay here again although now I know the tips that should have been shared /communicated well before checkin time. People don’t want to have to call at checkin time. They want to be prepared, especially when traveling to a different country. Checkin & parking should not be such a hassle! The info for access could have easily been sent sooner & could have been more clear.
