Welcome to our clean and comfortable 2-bedroom basement apartment located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood in Mississauga. This is a private suite with its own separate entrance on the lower level of a detached house, offering privacy and convenience for families, business travelers, medical visits, and longer stays.

The Space
The suite is self-contained and features two cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom, dining space, and a kitchenette. Although it is a basement apartment, the space is well-maintained, well-lit, and set up to ensure a comfortable stay. High-speed Wi-Fi and a two Smart 65 inch TV are included in both rooms for entertainment.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and basic utensils for preparing light meals and snacks. A dining table seats four comfortably.

Guests have a private entrance at the side of the house, allowing you to come and go independently. There is free on-site parking for one vehicle.

Private & Independent Stay: Guests will enjoy a private, self-contained unit with a separate entrance for complete privacy and independence.

Self Check-In: Hassle-free self check-in is available with a secure access code provided before arrival.

Parking: One free on-site parking spot is included. An additional parking spot may be available upon request, subject to availability, for an additional $25 fee.

Laundry: Washer and dryer access is available for stays of 7 nights or longer. Guests may use up to 1 laundry load per week during reasonable daytime hours. Additional loads may be available upon request for an extra fee.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone on the property.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Cleanliness: The unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every check-in to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Mid-Stay Cleaning: Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. For stays of 14 nights or longer, cleaning may be required to help maintain the unit and ensure a comfortable stay. Guests may be required to step out during the cleaning service.

Respect for the Space: Guests are expected to keep the unit clean, report any issues promptly, and treat the home with care during their stay.

Registered Guests, Visitors & Occupancy:

Only the guests listed and approved on the Vrbo reservation are permitted to enter, access, use, or stay at the property. The booking guest must provide the full legal name of every person who will enter or stay at the property before check-in.

No visitors, additional guests, third-party occupants, or unregistered individuals are permitted on the property at any time without the host’s prior written approval through the Vrbo messaging system.

Approved daytime visitors, if permitted by the host in writing, are allowed only between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. No visitors or unregistered individuals are permitted on the property before 9:00 AM or after 9:00 PM under any circumstances.

The maximum occupancy limit does not allow unregistered people to access or use the property. All persons, including daytime visitors and overnight guests, must be disclosed and approved in advance.

The booking guest must be present during the stay and is not permitted to give access, keys, entry codes, or use of the property to any person who is not listed and approved on the reservation.

Any unauthorized visitor, unregistered guest, third-party use, sharing of access codes, or undisclosed occupancy will be considered a serious violation of the house rules and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, removal from the property, no refund for unused nights, and/or additional charges or claims for damages, extra cleaning, missing items, or rule violations, to the extent permitted by Vrbo policy and applicable law.

Photo ID Requirement:

For safety, security, occupancy verification, and fraud-prevention purposes, government-issued photo ID may be required for all adult guests before check-in. The name on the ID must match the guest information provided for the reservation. Failure to provide requested ID or guest information may result in cancellation or denial of check-in.

Parties, Events & Gatherings:

Parties, events, gatherings, commercial use, filming, or inviting outside persons to the property are strictly prohibited unless the host gives prior written approval.

Security Camera Disclosure

Exterior security cameras may be in use for safety and security purposes. Cameras are located outside only and do not monitor any private indoor areas.
