The waitress at the bar may11th was absolutely amazing. So friendly and accommodating as we arrived later in the evening and she still served us as if she had just started her shift when she was probably ready to be off shift. Thank you so much. Having the shuttle was another positive perk. I would stay here again.

The property is run down and in poor condition. Food area is not a resturant, but more like cafeteria style. It is not a 200. 00 a night hotel.

(The night shift lady was very rude ) Im addressing the shower problem to the front customer service before leaving the property because not enough water coming from the shower . She replied an insult comment on me seems she doesn’t believe me what’s going on I tried to explain many times but she insisted it shouldn’t be I told her I’m addressing you the concern but you refuse to listen to what I said so I just leave her . The blanket was itchy that’s why we didn’t use them . Marsky

Staff needs to be more welcoming, cordial and friendly. Check in staff was not welcoming and check out staff was not friendly. Very straight forward, did not even say bye.

My daughters and I stayed one night. Check in was easy restaurant and convenient store attached. Almost 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. 24 hour coffee and tea in the lobby. Room was spacious, clean, lots of plug ins. Great pillows and comforter. Night was quiet. Price was reasonable.

Was in a handicapped room and the bars were appreciated. Does need a small table or counter next to the sink so there is somewhere to put a toiletry/makeup bag at sink level. The bed was very comfortable. There was a very heavy footed couple in the room above us that were walking/"stomping" around the room until after midnight.
