Lumpy old mattress. Air conditioner would not turn off from thermostat, had to unplug it. Old ugly carpeting. Woken up Sunday morning at 9:00 am by hotel texts after finally falling asleep on lumpy mattress. Overall terrible.

I’m a repeat visitor it’s quiet, clean and safe. Lovely pool area. Comfortable mattresses, plenty of pillows, kept very clean, nice restaurant right on site. Great for families or business travellers alike. I’ll be back ☺️

I booked a King bedroom but received a room for people with disabilities. The clerk said they had no king size bedroom lefts but there were 8 available when I booked. He gave me a breakfast coupon instead. Breakfast was not great. Would have preferred the King bedroom instead. I'm still waiting for the $100. deposit to be reversed to my card a week later.

It’s fine just for a bed and a shower. The staff are very nice. The pool and hot tub are nice. Snack options are nice, but lack of food available near by besides the restaurant kind of sucked. The floor and rooms themselves are old and stained, looks quite dirty.

There was blood on our pillows, glass on the floor beside the bed. The shower was full of black mold. Someone was screaming. We checked out early.

The price of the hotel is on the cheaper side comparing to others in the area, so it is reasonably expected that there are things that can be improved. Overall things looked dated. The AC/heater unit was quite noisy when running. Bathroom was clean though.

1. Expedia should have been upfront and disclose that this is NOT a holiday or tourist hotel, but rather used by Costi Immigration Services as a refugee and alien (legal and illegal) housing centre. There are dozens and dozens of entire refugee families living in the hotel. The lobby and common areas are littered with these families waiting for food, rides to school etc. Extremely shady "security" posted but were coming in and out of the residents rooms. Extremely unsafe to have my family there and would have left had I not already prepaid for the 3 nights and finances are limited and tightly budgested - could not afford to go elsewhere. The onus is also on the hotel for not disclosing this at check in. I wil be contacting media 2. The hotel and expedia indicated that the pool and hot tub are open when in fact the hot tub is cordoned off and not allowed to use by aorder of "red tag" by the health department. 3. rooms are "smoke free" but weed and cigarette smell is so foul i the rooms. Disgusting and deplorable room conditions....not at all cleaned or sanitized

Sofa bed mattress unusable. Comparable to camping when need to sleep on floor with roots and rocks digging into back. There must have been one or more ppl smoking (weed) on main floor. Someone masked smell with intense perfume or cleaning product smell. Toilet paper piece in hallway entire stay. Clump of hair in pool. Hot tub closed. Wall paper peeling with some mold in shower. Overall satisfied given came in with low expectations. Best price could get given long weekend. Would likely book again, if need an inexpensive room to sleep. Automated system super convenient and professional. Received email/text updates, and was easily able to check out via phone by simply texting “out”.

This was a great mid budget option. The only complaint I would have is that they allowed an SUV to park in front of the building for hours, blocking where guests could drop off and load their cars. It was extremely inconvenient for those with luggage and children. If this was a staff member, I would hope it gets corrected immediately.

There was ice at the entrance to the hotel which was not look after. Restaurant very limited choice and had to look for staff Bathroom door would not shut by the pool area , the hot tub was not in working conditions, only 5 chairs around the pool area no where to hang out towel and cover ups. Sauna not hot enough. Coffee cup covers did not fit on our coffee cups in our room. Room was way too warm when we walked in Waited over 10 minutes before someone at the front desk came out to greet us. Beds are too firm. Loved the pool and loved the shower in the room.
