Enjoy the trendy restaurants and shops on Queen Street East. Don't miss the Beaches Jazz Festival in July! Minutes to downtown Toronto. Close to subway, street car lines on Dundas, Gerrard, Queen.
-3 levels, 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 washrooms (office can be used as a 4th bedroom)
-Kitchen and Living/Dining room on the main floor, powder room/toilet
- Open office area, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor
-Master Bedroom retreat on third floor with own terrace/deck and ensuite (jet tub and shower). Porch and large deck at the back.
-Heated bathroom floors in Master ensuite and second floor bathroom
- Central vacuum, central A/C, forced air, humidifier
-Canopy of trees in the long backyard. Gazebo.
