Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every guest arrives. All linens (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels) are freshly washed. We also provide extra cleaning supplies for your peace of mind.

NOTE: We offer optional mid-stay cleaning services to our guests at an additional cost of $150/clean.

Other things to note
SIDE UNIT: This property is a separate, fully self-contained side unit located on the side of the main home. There is no shared interior access between the two spaces, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.

BEDROOM: The bedroom and ensuite bathroom are tucked away on the lower (basement) level of the home, offering a quiet, private retreat.

Heating & Cooling: The system is shared and may impact both units. The thermostat is located in the main unit and controlled remotely. We monitor this closely to keep things comfortable, but please feel free to use the provided fans and heaters to customize the temperature to your liking. We are also just a message away if you need a remote adjustment!

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood — no parties or events permitted

Exterior security cameras are in place for safety. While we aim to keep all systems operational, we cannot guarantee continuous functionality at all times.

Property Maintenance
Lawn Care: Lawn maintenance is scheduled regularly. Timing may vary due to weather, so you may occasionally see maintenance staff on-site.

Snow Removal: Provided for snowfall over 5 cm. Service is typically completed within 24 hours after snowfall. A shovel is available for guest use (please contact us if missing). Salting is not included.
Please note: We are not liable for any delays in snow removal services or related conditions.
