Lovely house

The house is beautiful and the location is centrally located to shops and necessities. The property manager provided the basics. We felt safe during our entire stay. Will definitely will recommend this place and will check it out first if we are back in the neighborhood in the near future.

Non-smoker family with two young children. We were surprised that we were charged for smoke cleanup fee after our stay here. After inquiring, the host insisted on proceeding with the charge and provided no evidence.

Comfortable family stay

Overall impression of this rental, highly recommend. This was our first time staying in a home rental accommodation due to our last minute travel. Check in process: excellent and efficient; as we arrived at 2am and entered without difficulty. House: 4BR 2.5BA, plenty of SPACE/COMFORT for a family of 2 adults and 3 kids under 11. Arrived from Chicago, so it was wonderfully unexpected to be nice and toasty with heat settings on. All bedrooms are upstairs, and communal living all downstairs. Extra ammenities, (steamer/iron, hair dryer, W/D, Toiletries/bidet, all kitchen utensils) excellent condition. Garage available, but we didn't use it. Wifi also available. A couple of bulbs need replaced upstairs, but we literally were just there for sleep, so not a problem. Host quick to response and available. Neighborhood safe. Looking forward to staying here in out future Canadian outings. Highly recommend for families, or couples needing a place to stay. Exactly as seen in pictures.

Our stay at this property was excellent. We came with our daughter for her MCAT exam. Our entire experience went smoothly: very clean modern house equipped with all amenities; extremely quiet neighborhood; parcs at walking distance and hosts respond immediately. What’s more to say about the 5 Stars. Communication was great, house was perfect for 3 adult couples.The only recommendations would be to have some wall outlets with USB’s. Very pleasant stay, great communication with owner before and during stay. House had been renovated and offered nice amenities, very spacious. Great master bath (jacuzzi tub) and main bathroom (waterfall shower).

Excellent stay

Overall place was very clean, excellent location, responsive and accommodating host. Some issues were the curtains let in a lot of light so hard to sleep sometimes. Also very big temperature difference in one of the rooms. Towels and linens looked a little worn and unclean.
