- Modern and contemporary open concept house with elegant and spacious 4 rooms & 4 bathrooms, located in a quiet child safe court, in center of Richmond hill area. 2 free parking spots, high speed internet. Modern kitchen with SS appliances. Brand new coffee maker,kettle,cooking hardware. Great location! ! ! 5 mins to Hwy 404, TTC. 5 mins to Go train station bringing you directly to downtown Toronto. 30 mins away from Pearson Airport. 10 min walking to Walmart, food basics
Guests may access entire house except basement. ( Basement is rented separately with its own entry. Basement is a completely separated unit that upper floor guests don’t share anything with basement tenants.
