Customer service was good. staff members were friendly and eager to serve you. what I didn't like is that I had reserved a different place, with higher standards. This was not what I was expecting. However, this is not the hotel's fault. This is Expedia's fault that was unprofessional and clumsy.

I booked this hotel as I have stayed at the Hampton Inn's in various other locations. This hotel states on their website "Renovated in 2023". Which is great. HOWEVER - when I checked in, I was put on the 2nd floor...I had asked for a higher floor howeevr was THEN told that there were rewnovations happening. I asked which floor the renovations were happenined, and was told it was floors 4,5,6 and part of floor 3!!!! I asked when they were allowed to work. I was told 9am to 4pm. VERY annoying to say the least to be lied to twice by the same location. Now - the best part was that the very next morning at SIX AM to the construction right above me. Brutal. Will be back in Toronto but will NOT stay here again.
