Check in was quick and easy. The room was gorgeous but did not receive a tower view as stated on my booking but that’s not a big deal. I did take a star off because my bed wasn’t made with a duvet cover on the blanket but two bed sheets with the blanket in between, which got tangled quite a bit while sleeping. That being said, the bed is comfortable. It was convenient to have a laundry machine in the unit as well. The gym facilities are wonderful. Tons of selection from free weights, smith machines, cables etc.!!

In town for a couple jays games. Location was fantastic, steps from Roger’s, lots of bars and restaurants. Roof top pool was a nice bonus

Long wait for elevators, some minor construction being done on the unit, the sink was awkward to use, the whole space and the bed were comfy, the location is amazing, staff were so so. All in all, very worth the price. I didnt like that I had to give my credit card number over the phone.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The place was clean enough, we had no trouble checking in. The building had previously had some sort of leak, so there was only 1 working elevator and you could tell some work was getting done throughout the hallways and in the unit because of it. We had stayed in this exact building a few years back and the reason we decided to stay again was mainly because of convenience. We were there for a concert and were a short walk away from the arena, union station, cn tower, ripleys. There are lots of dining option nearby as well. We also liked the safety of this building. Not just everybody off the street can have access to the lobby. We would stay here again

The location of the property was fantastic. We had walking access to the MTCC, Rogers Stadium, and the Entertainment District. Parking was available on site for a reasonable fee. Host was responsive and easy to work with.

It wa sa business trip. so i stayed alone. it has a spacious living room, kitchern and one bedroom. theres washing machine if u need to wash but i didnt use. the unit is very much self sufficient. i felt comfortable staying.

While the place itself is in a great location and the room was clean - the entire check in process was awful. It took over an hour to park and make it to the front desk because the elevators were broken, so we had to figure out how to get from the parking garage up into the main lobby on the 10th floor. We had luggage and a ton of stairs and walking. Once there, the line for check in was 30 people deep with a lot of waiting. It was not convenient. Unfortunately that has detracted from the overall experience and stay.

The room itself was your standard accommodations. It was clean and tidy. However, the elevators where extremely slow and unsafe. Several times we waited 10+ minutes for a car to arrive. Further, on the day of our departure the elevator door left one floor while the doors were still wide open.

If you are looking for a luxury accommodation for an event at Scotia Arena or Rogers Centre, this is the place for you. We loved our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a full condo versus a hotel stay. The place was very clean, easy to access and the concierge team was friendly and helpful.
