This basement is centrally located in the Richmond Hill area, a short drive to Yonge street and walking distance to buses. it's a one bedroom basement with full bathroom, office, eating area, full kitchen, TV room a lot of space and professionally cleaned after each guest, high speed internet access and one free outdoor parking space.

2) A parking spot available on the right side of the driveway
3) Full Bathroom with towels and hairdryer, detailed cleaning and sanitizing
4) Full kitchen with oven toaster, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker, kettle
5) There is a workspace with high speed internet access

6) There is a 65" smart TV in the family room with Netflix, youtube, spotify and more
7) The wash and dryer is available in main floor, $20 for each load

1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements.
2. No shoes inside the home.
3. No Smoking inside.
4. Do not throw cigarette butts outside.
5. No parties or events. Quiet time from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m (both host and guests)
6. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 2 people.
7. To use washer and dryer please pay $20 per load
8. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal on the kitchen table..
9. Dispose of the garbage in the bins located in the garage. please recycle. Garbage day is Fridays.
10. No firearm allowed
11. No pets are allowed.
12. Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house.
13. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported.
14. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
15. We are a family. No adult activities please!
16. Please bring one piece of Id and show it once you enter the house.
