Just a heads-up: This is a private, self-contained studio unit located next to the main house. It has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the main home.



This cozy and compact studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy fast WiFi, a dedicated workspace, a 40" Smart TV, an electric cooktop, and a private bathroom. Parking for 1 car is included. A simple, budget-friendly space that's great for work trips or short stays.

Please note: The thermostat is located in the main unit and is remotely managed by me. I aim to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature of 20–22°C (68–72°F). If you'd like the temperature adjusted during your stay, just reach out to me, and I'll be happy to help.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Guests will have private access to the entire studio unit. Please make yourself at home. Please note that the backyard is not accessible during your stay.



➤ Complimentary parking is available for 1 vehicle on the right side of the driveway only. Please park only in the designated right-side space.



The Neighborhood:

➜ By Car: Quick access to Highway 427, Highway 401, the QEW, and the Gardiner Expressway makes driving around the Greater Toronto Area easy.



➜ By Subway: Kipling Station is just a short drive away, offering direct subway service to downtown Toronto.



➜ By Bus: Several TTC bus routes serve the surrounding area, providing convenient connections to subway stations and nearby neighborhoods.



➜ By Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are widely available, making it easy to get around without a car.



➜ By Air: Toronto Pearson International Airport is only about a 10 to 15-minute drive, making travel to and from the city convenient.

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in Etobicoke, this location offers a peaceful stay while keeping you close to everything you need. You'll find grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, and everyday essentials just a short drive or walk away.



The area is well connected to downtown Toronto, making it a great base for business travelers and visitors alike. Popular shopping destinations such as CF Sherway Gardens, Cloverdale Mall, and nearby parks are all within easy reach.



Whether you're exploring the city, catching a flight, or simply enjoying the local neighborhood, you'll appreciate the convenience, walkability, and easy access to major roads and public transportation.



Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
