"I booked a one-night stay with my son since he had a PA Day the following day, and I wanted him to enjoy some time off. This hotel was the perfect choice for a fun and relaxing getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, including the pool and games area and the fitness room was a great bonus for me. Small but it worked for my needs. The staff were friendly, professional, respectful, and especially helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast met expectations and offered a good variety of options. Parking was convenient and easily accessible, and the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The only area for improvement would be ensuring that high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and the area around the door handle are cleaned more thoroughly, as a few of these surfaces felt slightly sticky. Overall, I would still rate this hotel 10/10 for value, cleanliness, customer service, and amenities. As an added bonus, the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others."
