The location was very central, close to everything. The property management team was extremely helpful. We had an issue with the bed that was resolved immediately. Viera kept us up to date and was extremely helpful and communicative in the process. We enjoyed our stay, and discovered how walkable Toronto is. Score on Queen, located within walking distance was a fun place!

Great location. Near many cool spots downtown. Host was extermely reponsive. Lovely living space. Not a big fan of the memory foam bed but my partner did not mind it.Parking was really easy. Great spot.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. They had everything we needed in the condo. It was close to walking distance for many things and just an Uber right away for many other things. The place was very clean and again, in a great location. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location, convenient access to the sights and transportation.

My spouse and I would happily stay at this property again. Such a convenient location - close to bus, streetcar and subway stops. Also very close to groceries, shops and restaurants.

Great stay!

The property was clean, comfortable and lovely. The location was a plus, everywhere that was in our itinerary was walkable and easy to get to. The information booklet that Richard provided to us was very helpful and informative. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! As an alternate to a hotel room, this certainly fits the bill. Did not miss the so-called amenities (the stale breakfast bar) offered by most hotels.

Great place to stay

Apartment was clean and spacious and in a great spot. The bed however was noisy and very uncomfortable. Some block out curtains would be useful as the street light was very bright all night. The 24 hour door people were friendly and helpful, made the building feel safe.

Perfect, Clean, Well-Equipped Flat in Great Location

The flat was centrally located downtown, which was convenient for my stay. The building felt safe and friendly. The flat itself was clean and well-equipped with all the necessities. The host left excellent instructions and was very quick to reply to all questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Listings very much as described. Unit is well equipped and comfortable. Walked everwhere. Loved everything except the bed, it was squeaky, sagging and definitely needs replacing.

Excellent location

The condo was clean, all amenities as listed were there. Everything you need is super close. 15 minute walk to HHOF and Rogers Center. Security at the front entrance. Host was responsive. Some people might not like that there is some street noise but that comes with any place that is in a downtown area. Only reason not 5 stars is the bed was very squeaky and worn.

Likes: Downtown location was great. Walk pretty much everywhere. Transit or Uber if too far to walk. Very clean and Richard was very accessible & accommodating. Building was very secure & felt safe. Gym was excellent. Suggestions: Could get darker blinds for sure (not too big of a deal though) Maybe upgrade mattress. Overall: Definitely will be using Richard again if ever in TO.

Location is everything with this unit! Great space located just steps from Toronto and everything it has to offer. Easy access to trains, streetcars, and buses all made for a convenient trip to the city. The biggest complaint is that the bed is a cheap old-style spring mattress. Terrible to sleep on and very uncomfortable with two average-sized people, you roll right to the middle. The pillows were great though! The kitchen lacked more than one normal-sized drinking glass, and plates / bowls were a hodge podge of randomness. One cabinet face is broken, and the dishwasher lacks a utensil basket, making cleaning some things tricky. The cabinets were well stocked with all the essential cooking items in the condo too! Kitchen appliances are newer and are neatly stored behind or in cabinets, giving the space a clean and modern feel. Even the stove fan tucks nicely away, making for a clean-looking space. Be aware that parking in the area is around $20, which seems to be average for Toronto. There were plenty of spots, and public transportation eliminated the need to use the car. The entry is quick and simple for the secured building. They were doing construction on the floor, which we only heard during the week. The hallway was being renovated and didn’t have carpet at the time of our stay, which was simply aesthetic. Overall, a pleasant quiet stay in the heart of Toronto!
