"The convenience of having so many amenities so close was amazing for our first time in Costa Rica. Get the package! We did so many fun things that were adrenaline driven! Food was great loved that they made fresh eggs for you! And the lunch during our adventure day was AMAZING I mean the best meal after excursions 10/10. And the Sunset dinner is stunning. I checked many things off a Costa Rica Bucket list with our stay here! My complaint would be be the beds oh man they were rough on my back. We didn't have a fridge and that would have been great to plan for. We ended up getting a neighbors when they left for our last two days.When we checked in the lady didn't tell us all the other things we could do near our stay so ask if you need plans luckily we planned a day at the beach. But upon checked out another great was getting lots of other options. No AC in our room but night is fine ans you aren't there to be in the room I would hope. BRING BUG SPRAY. We got ate up at night. If you drive be prepared for a rough road up. We are from CO so we knew how to handle the switch backs and pot holes. All in all 10/10 would come back again!!"

"Great place but while sitting outside on the deck, I got eaten alive by something ("bocones"?). I spent the next three days with my legs and arms covered in welts and itching like crazy. I didn’t even know it was happening! Wish i had been warned."

"Recommended! Super close 20 minutes to airport and budget friendly…get that rainforest experience! Spa and tons of activities! Food was Fantastica! Costa Rican typical breakfast buffet was muy bien! Rooms are Costa Rican rustic-wouldn’t have it any other way!"

"We only stayed one night when travelling through, but wished we would have had more time to enjoy the horse riding and ziplines. The dinner and breakfast was prepared for us by wonderful staff, and they catered for vegan, vegetarian and carnivores in our family group, including our 2-yr old grandson. We enjoyed the pool and waterslide during our brief stop, and enjoyed walking around the property with company from the very friendly (but not in your face!) dogs. The only very small thing is the wind turbines that made a small hum, but not enough to distract or keep us awake. The room was comfortable and had a small kitchen that would have worked well had we needed it. The road we took was very bumpy the last few miles, and we were glad we rented a 4-wheel truck rather than a regular car."
