"Easy to arrange for airport shuttle. Price charged was higher than what was quoted on the Expedia site. Hotel automatically charged my credit card with the Expedia site as I did not give them my card # when I arrived at the hotel. They also did not give me a receipt."

"The grounds and foliage at this hotel are absolutely huge. You can take a walk in nature through many tall trees on a path surrounding a lagoon which has many birds in it including large herons. There are also what looks to be over 50 peacocks that have full run of the place which was great! They can be a little loud at times. The pool is massive and a lot of fun. The food at the restaurant was great and reasonably priced. We had to leave early to go to the airport so could not eat at the buffet breakfast so they made us sandwiches which was very nice. Would for sure stay again."

"This is a beautiful resort and location with many fun and engaging activities to choose from!!! The Staffers are absolutely lovely... so attentive, warm and kind. They really work from their hearts and make it look so easy, even when they are busy!!!! Pura vida, for sure ♥️ We loved our stay at Hacienda Guachipelin and will be sure to return!!!!!"
