Waverley Inn Apartments
"The main door into the apartments was broken, so it couldn’t be locked. This meant that anyone could come into the foyer and stairwell from off the street. This made us feel uncomfortable! The carpet in the foyer and stairwells was filthy, stained and in one part like a dog had scratched to threadbare. ..."
