"The property felt traditional yet everything was quite modern and comfortable. The kids loved sleeping on the tatami mats with futons. All rooms were air conditioned. The spacious shower and bath room was a win. The room downstairs was handy for the elderly people. Very close to temple, river ferry, underground, ramen shops, convenience stores and the like. "This house was a great place for me and my son to stay during our recent trip to Japan. We mainly used the house just for sleeping as we were out the door each morning by 8 to start our adventures and didn't return until later in the evening. House has everything you'd need for cooking and overall living but these were things that we didn't use. One additional plus was having access to the washing machine which saved us having to try and find a laundry offsite. The covered parking space was...

" Stayed here for my last week on a month long solo trip. Took a while to check in. You have to pre-check in first on a link, and take a picture of your passport. On check in day, you have to take a selfie of yourself to match your passport photo. It kept denying me saying faces dont match. Really frustrating after 20 minutes of trying. First impression was the house is really small. If you're planning to rent for a group, I would say 4 people would be max. The dining/tv area is really tight....
