The house was very clean and all the appliances were in good condition. No Problems!--that's what we like!The condo has direct and quick access to the beach. The beach is beautiful and clearly visible from inside the house. "

"Beautiful view and beach. Unfortunately the house is not well kept and outside maintenance nonexistent. Lack of outdoor maintenence made the walk to the beach very challenging and unsafe. Unfortunately, we spent our first hour killing roaches and then to the store for traps. There were several other problems in the house, which we had to rectify for a comfortable stay. "

"This house has everything you want. Space, decks, great kitchen and master bath. We had 7 kids ages 8-15 and 5 adults. It’s a great house and worth the money."

"This being it ninth year coming to topsail, I would say this this property was over priced. It was not clean when we arrived. There was toothpaste on the bathroom sink counter. Coffee still in the coffee pot. The refrigerators for was missing two shelves."
