"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation experience at this house. The huge kitchen/living room area was perfect for family meals and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The location on the beach, with easy access to Wilmington airport and taco and ice cream places in walking distance, as well as an excellent fishing pier, is perfect. Less perfect is the bar across the street on occasional karaoke nights, but they always shut down the karaoke by 10:30pm. There were a number of minor issues with the house (no batteries in most TV remotes, empty gas tanks for the gas grill, disposals not working), but the management company was very responsive and sent out repair people right away. The circulation system failed on the two small salt water pools, which the kids loved to splash around in, and that looks like a more serious repair issue. For our large family it would have been helpful to have some bedrooms with twin beds instead of all king beds (aside from the two bunk bedrooms).Overall we will highly recommend this place to our friends (but not for when we want to come back again here next year!!)."

"Amazing condo and the perfect location! The condo was exactly like the pictures. Beautifully decorated with every amenity you need for vacation. The host was incredibly responsive and offered early check-in! Having the pool and beach steps from your doorstep was ideal. The condo also is within walking distance of multiple restaurants. We definitely plan to stay here again. The perfect place for family fun!"

"Perfect location to walk to many shops, restaurants, short drive to supermarkets. NY Corner Deli is LEGIT NY/NJ style breakfast sandwiches & Italian subs. (have lived in NC for 10yrs & this place is the one & only we have found for great food - BECSPK - if you know..you know)3rd floor deck (from kitchen, dining & living rm) has a gate which is great for young kids & pets as well as outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful views. Public beach access is right next door (didn't affect our stay at all) but best to get your bch gear set up earlier for good spot in front of house as the beach gets busy on weekends & high season.Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, bch toys and bch Shibumi canopy for shade & easy set up.2 sets of washer/dryer came in handy. Kitchen essentials were fully stocked. Plenty of beach & bath towels, comfortable beds. Great/quick communication with host/mgmt who has thought of everything needed for your home away from home. basketball arcade game able to shrink back easily for more space in room when not in use w/o having to take it apart. Wifi worked perfectly. This house is well kept & we highly recommend."

"The property was a good fit for our family of four and provided a convenient location for our stay. The kitchen essentials were very basic, so I would recommend bringing some of your own items if you plan to cook or spend much time in the condo. For example, there were only three drinking glasses for the entire condo, and the coffee maker was a single-cup model, which wasn’t ideal for us since we prefer making a full pot.One thing to be aware of if you’re traveling with young children is that the upstairs flooring has some significant gaps between the boards, which could potentially be an issue for little feet.The condo is a very short walk to the beach, which was a major convenience. However, our arrival information did not mention that a key fob was required to access the beach boardwalk and pool. We had to figure that out after attempting to walk to the beach, so clearer instructions ahead of time would have been helpful.Overall, if convenience and proximity to the beach are your priorities, this is a great location. The amenities and kitchen supplies were somewhat lacking, but overall, it was a decent option for our family of four."
