"We had a great stay here in April 2026! The owner and his family were so friendly and made everything easy from the start, check-in was smooth and stress-free.The house was clean, super comfortable, and perfect for a group. The beds and bedding were amazing, and the AC worked great (always a win at the beach!). Location was also spot on, so close to everything.We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it seemed well stocked. Even the maintenance man stopped by to check on us, which was such a nice touch.Overall just an easy, comfortable stay, we’d definitely come back!"

"The place was clean except the love seat was filthy. The grill was to be share among the other renters. One of the "Bedrooms" was like a den, small w/out a closet, the door did not close. The lock in the bathroom door did not work, my husband fixed it. There was no dish soap as a courtesy from the Rental place, no cleaner provided to clean the toilet nor the sink. I took some pictures inside of the unit showing cracks on the waĺl in the kitchen, peeling ceiling. Trash bag limited to the one in the trash can. There was No Exaust Fan in the Bathroom. Do you expect pleople bring their own basic things that come from far away? I have some videos that can't send."

"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property!! We were so impressed by how large it was - plenty of room for our 3 kids to move around, lots of tables and benches to put our things down, etc. The home was recently remodeled and everything was very modern - clean, hardwood floors, beautiful bathrooms, sturdy furniture. We appreciated the linen service. The location was very convenient to a nearby park and restaurants. The private access to the beach was amazing - the stairs are a little steep, but not too bad. The beach was a little crowded because the location is close to the pier and it was probably spring break as well as Easter weekend, but we still enjoyed it. Check in and out was effortless, and Sharon was very responsive to questions. "
