"The room was disgusting. The toilet never worked. When I told staff they handed me a plunger. I also asked for a refund to switch my accommodations but I was told I I had to go through the manager. When Expedia called the hotel several times the manager was never in. The hallways were filled with trash. There was dog poop all over the grass. It’s the single worst hotel I’ve ever been to. "

"I check in around 3:30pm & checked out around 9pm! The room smelled like pot! The floor was dirty but i just needed to sleep so i stayed. People hanging out in the parking lot drinking & smoking pot so i went to the office & the guy told me " i already told them to be quiet theres nothing i can do" i suggested he call the police i really needed to sleep. 15 mins later , nothing was done so i left! 20 mins later, after i was driving back to Indianapolis, he call suggesting i take a different room....rediculous! Red roof is off my travel plans!"

"The park I lot is barely light up my room was outdated no wash clothes gum stuck on my head board just awful all around. I attempted to cancel but the property wouldn't allow it I see why because after seeing the room nobody would've stayed there."
