There were many tiny instances where the staff could be more professional but I'd like to particularly report this once incident of a staff member calling another staff member of North Eastern descent some racial slurs in front of us. Quality of everything is appreciable. 24 hrs room service was the cherry on the top. Laundromat facility was unique. Smart TV, Charging dock etc everything in the room was advanced tech. Overall complete value for money and probably better than others where the spend is higher. Keep it up !!!"

"Great hotel and breakfast absolutely amazing. Downside is lack of restaurants and cafes around the hotel - there’s no where you can walk to. Hotel should offer a shuttle service into the main city area as it’s a bit isolated "
