"Worst Hotel in the World. I was accosted by the Japanese Mafia in Namba at my room door, they extorted me with the local police. The staff was complicit. DO NO STAY HERE. They kicked me out, said they would refund my stay and never did."

"Excellent hotel, room was spacious for our family of 4. It's a 9 minute walk to the nearest subway, 2 grocery stores 5 minutes away and a 7-11 at the corner. On the first day the washer-dryer malfunctioned, the front desk clerk was excellent and came up to do maintenance on it (a pipe was clogged) ..."
