Awesome staff with great communication. Quiet area in Kyoto and about 11 min walk to the station. Kitchen and washer/dryer were convenient and easy to use. Shower was also great with good water pressure.

Amazing property! Loved it so much that I stayed two extra nights. Such a serene respite from frantic movement of tourists just outside the walls of the hotel. I can’t say enough about Hotel Seiryu. I will definitely return soon.

Spent two weeks in Japan and stayed at 4 hotels. This hotel was the best of the 4 I stayed in. Clean and nice. Feels like you’re in a new apartment. The location was perfect as well. Close to so many great places in Kyoto. If I had to do it again I would have stayed here longer.

Really good stay at this hotel. The room is a bit small but expected in Japan. The onsen is amazing. Really great views and all the amenities. The rooftop bar was amazing as well and the staff were super kind and helpful.
