On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late."

"The room was very nice. Seems to have been recently cleaned or repainted. Breakfast could have been better- plates and glasses ran out quickly and while they were trying to refresh them during service, they were only bringing out 5 or 6 at a time. Not enough to fulfill the needs of all those people. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Lagoon Hotel. The check-in was easy. I asked for a room on a high floor and I got it. I thought the staff at the hotel was attentive. There are two downsides to the hotel. There are only two elevators for a 12-story hotel. The elevators are slow. There are no clear signs pointing to the stairs. The other thing lacking is good lighting in the rooms. The room is dim. The bathroom mirror lighting is dim and very hard to get a good shave. Yes, I would stay at this hotel again. The views from the room are worth it."
