"This was my second stay at the Ray's Eiffel and I was not disappointed.The people are incredibly kind and accommodating. The room is not too small compared to most in Paris. The kitchenette is a great asset. Even though the area is touristy I like it very much and everything is very safe and convenient.There is a metro station( Ecole Militaire )close by. My special thanks go to Linda and Jeremy who are both helpful and sweet. I hope to return next year for a third stay. P.S. The welcome gifts were truly appreciated!"

"The staff were very informative, helpful, kind and friendly! Lyra checked us in and was so helpful with our questions, arranging our transportation request and helping us navigate our excursions. "

"The area, staff, customer service was amazing. The only thing that was a little concerning was that there was no one at the front desk at night to greet guests coming in, the doors were always open and there was a large glass window in the front so it felt a bit eery in the night when I needed to go down to ask someone for glass/bowl from the kitchen but no one was there to help. Overall felt very homey however, all the buildings in the area look like old apartment/homes that were converted into hotels. I love the area and how close of a walk it was to the Eiffel Tower and little shops all around was nice. I would book again because of the ease and convenience to everything to explore. Maybe just please make sure someone is always at the front desk to ensure it doesn’t feel like entering someone’s house without permission? "

"The staff was generally accommodating and unhelpful. When we needed help the most (after an accident on the hotel stairs), they completely failed us. Be extremely careful on the stairs! Quite uneven, poorly lit with railings that end before the stairs do."
