Beautiful 4 bed 4 bath private villa with breathtaking views and infinity pool

"Un endroit magique, isolé, une vue incroyable, une maison magnifique et tout ce qu'il faut pour être déconnecté et loins de tout. Tout était magnifique pour passer un superbe moment. La maison et le jardin son magnifique, il y a tout le nécessaire pour y être à l'aise et profiter pleinement. La communication avec la House manager pour des questions ou autres est aisé. Réponse très rapide et clair. Les conseils égalements très appréciés. Le. Gardien de maison est venu nous chercher à l'heure tout était très bien organiser. Espace de vie et chambre magnifique un lieu qui fait rêver. Magnifique grande piscine à débordement avec une vue unique. Nous avons rien à redire car nous avons passés de superbes vacances avec une organisation incroyable et facile via les chat et ou WhatsApp.Voici quelques infos qui peuvent être utiles :- Maison à environ 30 min du centre.- Chemin pour y accéder pas des plus facile (pas goudronner sur la moitié), un véhicule bas peut être embêté, nous avion une golf et une Kia suv noi avons pu y accéder à plusieurs reprises tranquillement. - 2 des 4 chambres n'ont pas de climatisation, des ventilateurs étaient présents.- Et le grill est à Gaz (branché à la maison).Tout était au top je remercie l'hôte, la house manager et le gardien de maison pour cette endroit unique et pour leur réactivité !Nous recommandons cette maison à 100% et sommes déjà déçus de ne plus y être !Cordialement. "Our family of four was very fortunate to spend nine nights in this wonderful house on the hillside overlooking Umbertide. It was perfectly situated, offering complete privacy, while at the same time being a 30-45 minute drive to many sightseeing opportunities. We particularly enjoyed Gubbio and Perugia, and also the Frasassi caves, which were a slightly longer drive away.It was a particularly warm week, so we spent much of our time in the pool, surrounded by the extremely well maintained grounds and enjoying the beautiful view. There is a really good selection of outdoor furniture available poolside for maximizing relaxation. Wifi was good both inside and outside. The photos of the property are very accurate and if anything, the house and garden are more charming in person.Grocery stores with a very good selection, and restaurants are reachable within a 10 minute drive. Communication with our hosts was extremely good. In particular, we would like to give an extra thanks to Laura who was always available within minutes for any questions!We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property and will remember it fondly!"

"Very nice stay! Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful! Luigi which is the property owner was very helpful and friendly, we did a tour in the property, he explained about the history behind this place, and we were very pleased everything here. It’s super close to supermarkets and Perugia downtown, I would definitely come back if in the area. We went in March and there was hardly anyone there, so we were blessed with some quiet and peace that this place offers. 10/10"
