The carpet in my room was extremely stained (I even turned off the lights to make sure it wasn't just shadows). And I became extremely sick after eating breakfast (and my dinner the night prior was hotel room service so if it wasn't due to breakfast, it was still definitely due to food prepared by the hotel). "This is an amazing magnificent beautiful hotel. You can see the five-star hotel's dedication to promoting Tibetan culture. Tibetan culture is vast and profound. On the first floor, there were many Buddha statues that I didn't have time to fully admire. All staff are wonderful and welcomed me with most polite manners. I felt very satisfied. It's a wonderful stay experience."

I am sensitive to smoke, and first night, I was placed in a smoking allowed floor, and I had to deal with the smoke smell the entire night.
