"A two night stop over to undertake some business and catch up with some old friends.
The Hotel itself was a pleasure and very comfortable with welcoming staff.
To arrive by car, be wary of the narrow (occasionally very narrow) streets and you will need to park off site, about a 5-to-10-minute walk away, depending on how fit you are. Best to drop off any luggage first.
There is an excellent restaurant right next door called the Ca n'Amatolox, run by Chef Sergi, who very accommodating despite...

"Hotel is in a great location. Nice sea view & complimentary safe & comfy beds. A/C in bedroom wasn’t working. The mini fridge & unit had some considerable damage & the bath/ shower were stained & areas of sealant were missing/ mouldy. The pool was freezing & seemed to be in the shade all through the day.
Breakfast offered a good variety, including made to order omelettes & fried eggs, but the hot food was only lukewarm- beans, sausages etc.
Reception staff were generally very friendly & helpful. Didn’t use the bar facilities so can’t comment."
"Balcony overlooked paddle courts. Didn't need the aircon. Room needs an upgrade, ie painting, bidet cracked, flooring damaged and tiles missing on the balcony. But good size, clean and comfortable."
"I booked a Super Room with a balcony and was upgraded to a Deluxe Sea View on a higher floor. Floors 8 and up have an excellent sea view I was told. My room was immaculate with all the amenities you need. Bed was super comfortable. Decor was light, modern and cosy. All furniture was comfortable also. Great breakfast variety. Hot and cold, savoury and sweet options. Fruit offering was FRESH and choices of beverages was brilliant.
The staff across the entire hotel were very hospitable, professional and friendly 24/7.
The hotel is well located and the train station and bus terminals are within 20 - 25 mins walk from hotel. From there you can travel to popular stops like Benalmadena, Torremolinos, And Malaga Central.
On my return to Fuengirola, this will be my hotel choice."
"Everything was amazing, all areas kept clean and rooms were spotless. Refreshed everyday if required but can opt for the room not to be cleaned and bed made up if you don't want to be disturbed"
"Great hotel with excellent location close to beach, excellent restaurants and shops with spacious rooms and extremely nice, polite and helpful staff."
"We got a one bedroom apt with sea view balcony - a little dated but low season we got a great rate. This hotel is in an excellent location right on the waterfront walkway, and just 10 min max walk into Marbella Old Town. The bedroom was v roomy, beds decent, kitchen was utilitarian: all you need. Two closets a great bonus. Deck was big: nice having tables & chairs out there for a drink or snack. We didn't do the breakfast because we like to walk early - but did check out the location in a nice room at the top of the hotel with sea views.
This hotel is a great value - lots of room even if you don't need the fridge it's nice to have glasses and a deck.
PARKING TIP: parkades are exp in Marbella. However, we easily found parking right next to the hotel: €1.50 for two hours (max you can do). Parking is charged from 9 - 2, free 2-4:30 then charged 4:30-8. We arrived 2 pm on one day, left at noon the 2nd day, paid €9 for the entire time."
