"Terrible. Llegué al hotel y me dijeron que no tenían habitación disponible. Me tocó ir a buscar Hotel a otro lado (llevaba 5 horas manejando para llevarse esa sorpresa, no sé por qué no me contactaron con tiempo y así hubiera buscado oportunamente en otro lado dado que iba en viaje con niños). La única mala experiencia que he tenido en años con esta aplicación. "

"Conveniently located within walking distance of Recuca and relatively new, scenic. The staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful. Bring an appetite if you take them up on their offer to provide lunch. "

"Everything was PERFECT. This Finca is a hidden pearl in the Zona cafetera. Must go destination if you want to do the real experience. Please do the Cafe production explanation with the owner Roberto, it's worth it!"

"In general was a good hotel to stay for one night , the staff all were very nice and accommodating with the exception of the person at the reception the 1st night who did not handle a terrible situation with another guest the way she should . But besides this it’s a nice/ clean hotel "

"Mrs Gloria loves her land and she transmits that to the guests, also all of her recommendations are excellent (where to go). The breakfast was delicious and the coffee best of the best. Looking forward to our next visit to casa laureles. "
