"The staff at this hotel are attentive to detail and are very kind and helpful! They continuously checked in with us to make sure all our needs were being met. The room was the largest room we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed in the room. The location is fantastic! The hotel is near a train station and it's in a quiet location. If we ever go back to Tokyo, I'd definitely book this hotel again!"

"Very Lively area. Nearby shops and train station East exit. I went there using Airport limousine but got the taxi to Nippori and then skyliner when going home. The receptionist area is very helpful and friendly especially when we went home. Helped us book a taxi since it was raining very hard. We got the room with breakfast at Denys."

"Our family experience at this hotel was amazing travelling from Canada. We had taken cruise in Asia and it ended in Tokyo. We were checking in at 3 o’clock, but the cruise landed at at 7 AM and our daughter wasn’t feeling well. Our intention was to just drop our bags at the hotel, have them hold them and check in later, but when I called and asked if there’s any opportunity to have a room right away, they gladly assisted and we had a room within 45 minutes. I was so grateful! All of the staff we interacted with was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating. The room was perfect. The amenities were wonderful and I really can’t say enough about the grounds and the beautiful gardens. I highly recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone!"

"The woman at the concierge desk “LUA” was extremely kind and helpful. She helped me purchase tickets to Tokyo Disneyland and also tickets for the bullet train to visit Kyoto. Loved the Godzilla theme, and the giant Godzilla on the roof of the hotel."

"Hotel was fine…convenient for its location by having a mall attached, and a stop for airport coach right at the front entrance of property…however, I think hotel management should have the consideration to the customer’s emergency situation…I prepaid my booking in advance…this was not my only stay…at least, this was my 2nd time (in January) within 3 months…this time, my hometown was hit by a severe snow storm…airport was completely shut down for days…road conditions were not safe to drive at all for a week and more…schools were closed for the same…some people just work at home due to the factors of after storm conditions especially with ice rain…so I decided to cancel the trip after just stayed for 1 day instead of staying for the whole time that I prepaid for…otherwise I would be stuck in Japanese for a long time…checked with Expedia, I was told that I need to check directly with the hotel…so spoke with the property manager for refunding the unused days due to the unexpected circumstances instead of getting stranded here in Japanese with the unknown duration for the storm but was declined…I would think that Expedia should help on customers to communicate with the hotel, and the management of the hotel should give the consideration of these abnormal circumstances…especially it was on the news everywhere about the weather problems…being a loyal customer, I do feel that it was a very disservicing and disappointing experiences."

"Beautiful hotel with big, delicious breakfast buffet. The staff was so helpful very professional. The rooms are small (by US standards), but very efficient and I loved the bidet toilet. The onsen was very relaxing and the right calm after a busy walking day around Tokyo. We are sad we didn’t book more nights!"
