If youre looking for a minimal place to store your belongings, take a shower and sleep, then this is perfect. Its a great location and really nice and quiet. We planned our day to leave early in the morning and comeback late at night so this was perfect for us. Id recommend this.

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The price was very reasonable — probably the cheapest option I found in Tokyo for 4 people that’s still close to Shibuya. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, and the taxi ride cost us around 1,100 yen. There’s no bidet or heated toilet seat, but aside from that, everything was great and definitely worth the money!

An overpriced, very small, college dorm room

To be fair, the place is a single room with bunk beds. That part is explicit. It is clean. The owner communicates well. He provided snack packets and cold water, but this is a tiny place. It is designed for small people. I’m not a large person, but you have to squeeze into the bathroom and there is very little room for movement and none to put out your luggage. It is a 20 minute walk to Shinjuku station. Caveat emptor

I really appreciate the host respond in timely manner and he is very polite and nice. The room is a little bit small need more hanger and hooks for sure. Bigger pillows would be great overall I really liked this place and really recommend the host.

Man hat alles im Raum was man braucht. Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Föhn etc. Die Lage ist sehr gut, gute Verbindungen mit der Bahn (Hatsudai Sta.) 5min mit Keio New Line bis Shinjuku Sta. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem schön ruhig. Check In und Check Out waren unkompliziert.
