Great location. Close to the train station with access to many convenience stores.
Only issue was that I had to wait 45 minutes to check-in since no one was on-site when I arrived to check-in.
This property has a set of apartment-like rooms with various appliances, such as a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave etc.
However, we feel this property is aimed towards younger travelers who can carry their luggage up several flights of stairs, and can tolerate small spaces. The bed in our room was barely big enough to hold two medium-large adults, and a third adult consumed the remaining floor space sleeping on a futon on the floor. That made it difficult to walk around at night. We had to climb over our bed to access the balcony.
Check-in was confusing as several emails described self check-in and we had to email images of our passports, due to arriving at the end of limited office hours. However, we were able to meet someone and check-in in-person anyway.
Otherwise, the rooms are nice and cozy, and are conveniently located nearby the Kanda station, which is one stop away from the major Tokyo station, with connections throughout Japan.
Great stay with friendly hosts.
The room was ok for 2-3 people.
But if you are traveling with elder guests then need to avoid because the stairs are quite high.

Disliked: Staff & service
2 twin futons were specified on Expedia for the room I reserved. When I was shown the room, it only had I futon in a room the size of a capsule hotel room. I had to book at a different hotel, since there were 2 of us.
