Well-priced hotel in a fairly quiet corner with reasonable walking distance to the station directly next to Haneda Airport. It has everything you need for your stay - washer, dryer, microwave, hot plate, mini fridge, high-tech toilet. The only potential downside were that the beds were rock hard - I personally like it, but it's obviously not for everyone.

It’s a cosy place near Haneda Airport . If you are planning to stay in Tokyo more than 3days I definitely recommend this apartment .convenience store is Across the street , bus stop is 3min walk ,

Room had heater which was nice during cold winter weather. The manager was very nice and helped me reach the nearby subway terminal.

Clean, quiet, easy access to the train system. People who work there are super helpful and friendly. If I visit Japan again (I hope to). I’ll definitely stay here again

Good spacious apartment
It is a clean and spacious apartment hotel. Very clean with a small kitchen. The apartment hotel is about 12 minutes from the nearest train station. It is a good place for long stay in Japan because of the space. It is a bit far from the main attractions in Tokyo.

This is a very lovely place to stay. It is far from all the tourist areas, but super close to Haneda airport (metro and cab). The place is super spacious with a small kitchenette. If you're a light sleeper, this will not be the place for you, there are only sheer blinds to cover the big balcony windows, and there is an adjacent that illuminates blue light at night that makes it feel like the day-time. It is also in a noisier area since the place is located a block from the main road. There also isn't much to do around this hostel, unless if you take the local train couple tops and there is a giant shopping area. The nearest station is a good 18 minutes walk away. There is a Lawson's around the corner. Would definitely stay here again if it wasn't for the long commute to and from all the tourist areas.

it is clean and new. spacious. close to convenience store. Bus runs to the nearest train station runs every half a hour. We enjoyed the stay very much, and would like to use it again.

The property was exceptionally clean. I like that it had an induction stove in addition to a microwave and mini refrigerator. The room was well ventilated. The toilet, bathtub and shower were very modern. I enjoyed a deep, although somewhat short lengthwise, bath. The room rate was really good. The only problem, for tourists, is that it's a ten minute walk (according to Google) from the Otorii train station. With heavy luggage it seems closer to a twenty minute walk.

This hotel is like renting a Japanese apartment. There are no daily cleaning services. You have to sort the trash the Japanese way. If you like to experience live as a local this hotel is perfect.

Everything was so well kept and looked new. Loved that there was a vending machine on the first floor. Check out was super easy! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and stay here again. So close to Haneda airport.

Nice apartment but bit far from train station
Very new and clean. Comfy bed, good shower, secure building, quiet environment. Have many convenient stores, resturants nearby. It states that the building is non-smoking but the toilet is full of smell. And it’s quite far from the train station, taking you at least 50min to main tourist area. But overall nice to stay.

The room were very spacious, you are provided plates, cups , silverware & a pot & pan to cook with. There are several markets surrounding the hotel so you don't have to go far for groceries. I would absolutely recommend this property & would definitely be staying here when I return to Tokyo.

Poor service
The room was great but it’s really far from the city and a good trek to the closest subway. The biggest problem I had was after check in.... I couldn’t get in touch with the hotel staff at all. I had some questions and attempted to call and email several times with no reply. No one ever in the office to ask either.

Spacious, clean and reasonable price. The room was nice and having a kitchen and mircowave oven is very convenient but I suggest having not only a fry pan but also utensils like plates and spoon and fork. The staffs service was good,

Overall a very good experience
Very good experience. There was a kitchen in the room, there was a convinc convenience store and a grocery store very close to the hotel and the metro was a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Overall a very good experience.
