For example: A water bottle filler to save you from buying water A washer and dryer A place to sit and eat food from a local supermarket (much cheaper than eating out. 冷蔵庫が壊れていた。 飲み物は冷えないし、買ってきた氷やアイスクリームはすぐに液体に。 朝食サービスと謳っていますが、8:30頃行ったところ、お皿やお茶碗、お椀はどんどん下げられていて、食べ物も1〜2種類。汁物は冷め切っているし、主食となる白米やパンも全くなし。補充する様子もなく、スタッフは自分たちの片付け作業に没頭。声をかけても仕方なく提供するような始末。 6:30〜9:00までというなら、9:00までしっかり提供するべき。 9:00というのはスタッフの片付け時間も含まれているのでしょうか。 ホテルからの案内にしっかり朝食元気サービスとあるならば、これはいかがなものでしょうか。 提供不可能ならば、案内の仕方も軽食程度、もしくはサービスを中止したらいかがでしょうか。 もう利用しません。 本当に残念です。

The staff was amazing and helpful. Very patient. This was our first stay ever in Japan and only our 3rd person to encounter. It’s not a big room, but definitely not the smallest we’ve been in. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. It was super convenient! You could stay here a month and not visit all the shops and restaurants. It was quiet. We wished we could have stayed here our whole visit and 100% plan to come back! Hands down my favorite place we’ve stayed out of Tokyo, Mt. Fuji area, Kyoto and Osaka.
